I had a specific question. I was terminated for violating a reasonable rule. i have explanation but i am looking for information on one thing. I think i have read somewhere in the UI code that if you are fired for something and another worker is not fired for the same thing - you would not be disqualified? i was terminated for violating rule that had to do with confideniality yet my supervisor in the same situation was not fired. I think he was only reprimanded. Any help please
