This Is My First Offense, I Was Pulled Over In Harris County By A State Patrolmen. He Said It I Was Doing 101. Im Just Wondering What Will Most Likely Happen? Should I Challenge It Or Should I Plea Guilty? Im 19. If Not What Should I Do Im Confused
