Spouse's Commitments on Behalf of a Business

Thanks in advance for someone's help.
Is there anyway that your spouse can sign a commitment to a service for your business that he is no-way involved in it? He has signed over all legal entitlement to it and has now signed for a 5 year service that that she had nothing to do with it or was aware of. They are still a married couple and wondering if a legal separation would prevent her from being sued for his signing of services or other liabilities on his part? By this way this is a incorporated business in Florida.

If these people live in Florida there is no such thing as a "legal separation".

Well, if the business is incorporated, only the officers of the corporation can bind a corporation to a contract. How the heck could a spouse do that. If the person is an officer of the corp. they need to be removed.

You need to disavow any such contract in writing.
