My question involves a driver's license issued by the State of: Georgia
The scenario 17 year old teen suspended from school for allegedly admitting to administrators he smoke marijuana at lunch. They did not find any drugs on him. He was not arrested or charged then or now. Can he be charged later?
He will loose his license for a year.
He plans to drop out and get his GED but cannot register until January 2010 he is looking into other options in other nearby counties
He is already working on the opposite side of town from where he lives and also on the opposite side of town where his parents work
He is going to counseling and group sessions
HE IS ONLY ALLOWED TO DRIVE TO AND FROM WORK AND TO GROUP SESSIONS-HOME RULES
What is the likelihood of him getting a Georgia Hardship License ?
Will getting an attorney matter as from what i read the parents/minor just file papers and they either approve or deny
