    Default Domestic Partner Insurance

My question involves insurance law for the state of: Florida

I have become eligible for my partneter's insurance as a dependent. She is concerned that she will have a financial liability for any none paid expenses due to hospital or medical treatments. We are not married, or common law. I do not see how she would be responsible if I have contracted for medical services and the insurance has paid it's portion.

Is there any financial liability for her?

Not unless she signs something expressly accepting responsibility. Putting you on her insurance does not make her responsible for any unpaid balances.
