    Default Oregon Paternity Establishment

My question involves a child custody case from the State of: Oregon

My ex had our child a couple of weeks ago, she will not let me have any part of the babys life. She had remarried her ex husband and he signed the voluntary acknowledgment of paternity. The lawyer said that i have no rights as bio-dad and that the only thing that i can do is ask one of them to sign for a paternity test but that they can deny it. Does that mean I will never be able to see my daughter? What other options are there? She doesnt even want child support from me and she is not on state assistance so i cannot go through the child support dept. I have sat down and written a letter to my daughter so that if she ever does ask why then maybe she will recieve it. I dropped the letters off at my exes mother and fathers house in hopes that they will read it and try to convince them to do the right thing. Thanks for any advice!

Give us the chronology - the date of the mother's re-marriage, date of conception, date of birth, date of signing the acknowledgment of paternity, and any other relevant dates.
