    in the state of texas i don't think they care of your mental ill or not unless its a murder trial and your facing the death sentence or life, then if you have any mental ill on record your safe or your gonna die,but I don't think they care down here, there was this one judge that stepped out and made her court room for mental inmates but the only time i heard about her was that one press conference she got some bad feed back and they probably over loaded her courtroom so she would shut up,so no that my final answer...
