Default Less Claims Filed Than Scheduled

My question involves bankruptcy in the state of: Oklahoma

I am four years into paying off a Chapter 13 loan. Total loan amount was $30,000. However, the trustee says that less claims were filed than we initially scheduled for. They say that I only have $716.224 left to pay off the total claims and then they will begin the discharge process.

My attourney passed away some months ago so I can not present these questions to him:

    1. Do I continue paying my monthly scheduled payments until I receive notice that I am discharged?

    2. What becomes of the remaining scheduled amount?

    Thanks,
    OklahomaJ

Yes, you continue paying for now. If you've overpaid at the time of final discharge, you should get a refund.
