Default False Claim by Creditor that Debtor Can't Be Located

As previously posted, I am currently being sued by Assett for 6 different collection accounts that are all but one about 1 month away from SOL. My attorney has filed my answer along with affirmative defenses, rogs, admission and production of document requests. Assett was served all of this by my atty on 3/24. The same day I received a credit alert from True Credit that they have updated all of these account as "Credit cannot locate individual". How is this possible when they have my current address and why would it benefit them to report this to the credit bureaus? Any ideas?

It sounds like they may be trying to improperly reage the debts. Discuss the situation with your lawyer and see if you can identify a Fair Credit Reporting Act violation you might be able to add as a counter-complaint.
