Default Private Student Loan Default
My question involves collection proceedings in the State of: Massachusetts

I took out a private loan from Keybank in 2004-2006
I have 4 total
I have been in an out of school from 2004 until now, last year Keybank contacted me and expected me to start paying on my loans. I was still in school, they asked me to send in paperwork from the school to prove enrollment, which I did... numerous amounts of times! For some reason the paperwork never filed on their end. I kept calling and keeping up with them until about christmas time when I logged on to their website to see 2 of my loans defaulted. I called Keybank again in order to settle this and they told me there was nothing they could do, the loan was no longer in their possesion. I can not afford to pay them and IM concerned about my future with credit, they have been trying to contact me but IM too frightened to pick up the phone. I cant afford my normal bills how am I going to be able to afford this? Please help.

No one can help you if you are too chicken to answer the phone, especially strangers on an internet forum. It is ironic that you'll come here for help when none can be offered but you play ostrich with your head in the sand with the people who can help you.
