    Default Grand Larceny charges

My job called me to set up a time i can come in to talk about a matter , i went in and they said i took jewelry a few months back, and i did admit to it. they let me go home and said a detective would be getting in touch with me about this, the jewelry was totalled over 650.00, now should i wait for the detective or should i get a lawyer now. not to mention i signed a statement saying i took it.

    Default Theft of Jewelry

If you believe you will be facing criminal charges, it would be wise to consult a criminal defense lawyer.

It was pretty much over when you agreed to talk to them and by signing the statement, you sealed the case against you. Do not wait to hear from the detective, hire a lawyer ASAP.
