    Default Car Loan After Returning Car to Bank

    My question involves an auto loan or repossession in the State of: Florida

    I returned my car to the bank, now After the first letter the court send to me a Notice of hearing motion, If I'm not show up and that day what happen?
    My properies is a car (I'm still make payment on it) my apt (i'm still make payment too) I'm self employer , I'm just have my social security on this propreries and credit cards, not in my bank they have my social,What they can due it agaist to me??? I can be in jail for this?? Lost my house???
    They can do something agaist my business???
    I'm really need help !!!!

    Should we infer from that, that you've been sued for the balance of the money you owe? How about trying to work out payments on the amount you still owe?
