My question involves estate proceedings in the state of: Indiana
Power of attorney has this in it.
6.
REIMBURSEMENT OFAGENT. My Agent shall be entitled to reimbursement for all reasonable costs and expenses actually incurred and paid by my Agent on my behalf under any provision of this instrument; and, in addition, the Agent may be paid a reasonable fee for services rendered to me acting pursuant to the powers granted under this Durable General Power of Attorney.
Does this mean I can recoup reasonable expenses while acting as agent?
And what would resonable fees be?
