Returning to the U.S. with an Outstanding Warrant

My question involves an arrest warrant from the State of: Virginia , Hi ! Could anyone please help me with this questions ; Five & half years ago, i had a court case , where i was charged with larcening & grand feth and my lawyer then asked me to take a plead , which did not include jail time but just before the sentencing and plead acceptation before a judge i left the country then later a warrant was issued and i would like to come back to take care of things , so i would like to know, if i will be pick up at the airport once i show up at a us border , and also has the status of limitation has expired on this kind of case or warrant ?? Please i need help with these questions . Thank you !

Warrants don't ever expire.

It's possible that you would be picked up at the border, but not likely. You would do well to consult an attorney about your situation BEFORE you return to the US.
