Default How To File A Response To A Summons Before Default Happens
How do I go about filing my response to a summons on credit card debt before a default judgement takes place??

You would follow the instructions for preparing and filing an answer as set forth on the documents that were served upon you and the Kentucky Rules of Civil Procedure.
