Question 10 Business Days, or 10 Calendar Days

I know in Oklahoma, if you have a warrant in another county, & they have you arrested &held in jail for it (so they can extradite you), the county your being held for has 10 days to come get you (if not, they got to release you)...
I need to know if its 10 working days (m-f) or if its 10 days?
I know they sometimes will come get inmates for transfer on weekends, but I know that doesnt neccessarily mean anything.

If anyone knows which it is, PLEASE give your imput.
    Thanks.

P.S. - Dont think it matters, but the warrant is for Failure-to-Pay on a misdemeanor fine (that they normally dont bother having them held for & come & get. We just got VERY unlucky cause someone made a mistake and initially thought it was a warrant for a C.F.)

In Oklahoma, if you get arrested in a Oklahoma County because of a bench warrant in another Oklahoma County (& that is all youre being arrested & held for), the county where the bench warrant is from, only has 10 days to come transfer you, or the jail must release you by the 11th day. I was needing to know if it is 10 working days (mon-fri) or if it is 10 calendar days, before the jail has to release you.

Again, what statute are you talking about. Give us the statute number. Thanks.
