Default Private Student Loan from Arizona, Now in California
I have a private student loan from AZ that is over 4 yrs old (since june) on 09/15/09 a law firm filed a summons and complaint for this debt here in california, I was served on the 22nd.

My question is, is the Statute of limitations up for this? and if so, should I just file a response to this simply stating that?

What would make you think the SOL is up on that debt?
