Il Failure to Yield to an Authorized Emergency Vehicle

My question involves a traffic ticket from the state of: IL

I was traveling on a 2 lane highway following the traffic infront of me at night and there were about 3-4 police cars already pulled over to my right when another police car came in the on coming traffic with just lights on and tried to do a U-turn infront of me so I stopped. The front of his car was aimed right at the front driver side tire he was doing a multi point turn so my reaction was to get out of the way to make it easier for him to turn around. He never signaled that he needed to turn, he was only using lights. I could not pull over to the right because there were already cars there. The ticket was for 625 ILCS 5 11-902 (A) (1)

I tried to tell him I was just trying to get out of the way but he wouldn't even talk to me. What are my chances of fighting this?
