My question involves criminal records for the state of: Kentucky,
I am applying for a non-falculty position at a middle school to coach. Twenty five years ago I made some bad decisions and was arrested twice for DUI. One of them was dismissed and the other was reduced to a public Intoxication. I have recently had some background checks performed for the state of Kentucky and they have come up empty. This position I am applying for is in a different state but they are also asking for a fingerprint and I was wondering if it would have different results than the regular background check? Thanks...
