Aaron,

On proposed final order my husbands Lawyer wrote that Restraints against the person is vacated??? What does vacated mean here?

Also the final determination from the judge after the distribution of property he said that this case he ruled a wash??? What does this mean--wash__?????

Usually that would mean that he found that the evidence weighed about equally, in favor of each party. Or it could mean that he's letting each party keep whatever is in the party's possession. It's not a legal term, so it's hard to guess without knowing a lot more.
