School Records

My question involves a child custody case from the State of: Wisconsin

I am the NCP and was wondering since I have a right to school records would that include the records that are filled out by CP showing who the parents are, contact info, emergency info, etc.? The papers that have to be filled out at the beginning of each school year. If so how would I request for them?

Yes, you have the right to have access to all school records.

Simply go to the school and request the records. It will help if you take a copy of your court order in case there are any questions as to whether or not you have rights.
