Default Renewing a State ID Card with Warrants

My question involves an arrest warrant from the State of: Wisconsin

I need to renew my state of WI identification... I have warrants (OAR) (PO)...

Am I able to renew my id without being arrested? Does the WI DMV check when renewing state id? Also, will DMV notify LE so I am arrested when leaving DMV? Has anyone every had problems such as mine where going to the DMV resulted in arrest?

I am in the process of getting warrants fixed, however I need an id before I get to that point... Any help appreciated thank you.

DMV's don't ordinarily have either the staff or procedures in place to arrest people for warrants if they show up at the counter. Could it happen? As they say, anything can happen.
