My question involves an arrest warrant from the State of: mississippi

i got a ticket for no seat belt. long story short, i forgot about it when i moved to another county, still in mississippi. i have contacted the police dept that the warrant is with and they confirmed that i do have a warrant. my question is, a company offered me a position, and i have to take a paper that i will pick up in the morning to the police station and have them do a background check. i dont want to be arrested if and when they pull it up.
i was pulled over the other day and the police officer ran my license and im assuming nothing came back because he didnt say anything about it
please help. i need this job but if i will get arrested tomorrow ill just have to find another job
