    My question involves small claims court in the state of: Pennsylvania
    can anyone show me where i can get this from?, or is there a web site with info with this paper

    You can get forms for small claims from your county Clerk of Courts.

    thanks, we found out we had to make "important of notice" form our self. now if the other party don't respond in the next 10 days the judgement get thrown out!

    Maybe we should ask the question a bit differently. What is it that this "important of notice" form is supposed to do?
