I have come to know somone who is convicted for marijuana use in the province of Bohol, Philippines. He was sentenced in absentia since he was already working in switzerland when the sentence was handed. I want to know if the move of the prosecution to have him extradited from switzerland to serve his sentence in the philippines has enough basis considering the wieght of the crime for which he was convicted.
