Default How to file complaint against law firm or collection agency
I had a cap 1 credit card with 200.00 limit that charged off in 2003
2 years laters i came to find out the lawyer working for cap1 filed a judgement against me anf got a default judgement . he used my previous address cap1 new i moved. anyway from 200.00 balance i had to pay him almost 1300.00, he kept restraining my bank account, garnishing my pay and everything else really a Ahole. I had to pay him but now i,m looking to file complains against him.
who should i do it with?

BBB, FTC AG, bar association, banking dept.

does anyone have any sample complains/letters
