Car Accident Causing Cracked Teeth

I just went to the dentist and he said both my front teeth are cracked !

I was rear-ended 9 months ago and it totaled my Tahoe, but I thought all I received was a sore neck. I didn't ever settle with my insurance or bill them for anything. They sent some forms but I decided not to pursue it.

I remember really chomping my teeth in the accident. Can I still pursue it with the insurance company ?

You can make a claim and see what happens. I would not be surprised if they decline on the basis that lots of things could have happened to your teeth between the time of the accident and your visit to the dentist, but you won't know unless you try.

Talk to you dentist and see if your dentist thinks the cracked teeth were caused by the car accident. If the dentist thinks the cracked teeth were caused by the car crash, have your dentist write a note to that effect and put it in your medical record. If your dentist does that, you have a decent chance of collecting. If your dentist says that he doesn't know one way or the other, then you probably don't have much chance of collecting for the cracked teeth.
