Being Grandparents have no Rights then.
Could my son request Custody of there baby when she is born this December. Due to the girl being 13. and in school. And he will graduated days before she is born ??

ETA: After reading another of your threads you REALLY need to see an attorney, your 18 yr old son impregnated a 13 yr old, your son can face some very serious charges.
