Default Lawyer pushing for a settlement

I had a work related closed head injury at work in 2002. Since then I have developed a host to problems;short term memory loss, muscle spasms, ringing in both ears, feel as if I am falling, and then I do fall. I was on Workman"s Comp in RI, where my accident happpened, until they terminated me. I applied for SSDI and was accepted, however my lawyer and I continualy go back to Workman's Comp because none of my problems show up on an MMI, or Cat Scan. I have seen better Neurologists, more competent and better qualified at MGH, than the one the Judge sent me to. At first the Insurance Co, wanted to settle for $7,500.00. That was a number of months ago.f Now my lawyer is pushing me to settle for $20,000.00 The Judge's Neurologist said I was Completely disabled, and the Neurologists from MGH concur and add that it was from a closed head injury.I don't want to settle for so little and feel very pressured by my attorney. What do I say to get my attorney to fight for me instead of giving in to the Workman's Comp Court and not being agggressive enough? Thank you.

So the problem is that the judge ordered you evaluated by an independent doctor who made a report that was not particularly favorable to you?
