My question involves divorce in the State of: Alabama

after an almost four year long divorce.. the appeals court finally dismissed my exs case and it reverted to the first divorce deed which said we had to give each other quit claim deeds within 60 days for the land/home part we each received. im willing but my lawyer says her lawyer says she will not sign one for my part... what can i do?? the first decree was 2007 but the case was dismissed in june of this year....im getting tired of waiting on my lawyer to call me back to get this answer

Do you have a final decree ordering the quit claims?
If you do, and ex refuses, you can file in court to have the order enforced.
