Used Car Warranty Problems

recently i purchased a car from a used car dealer,the unit did not have a warrenty so i purchased a warrenty from preferred warrenty here in pennsylvania,3 weeks after purchase the engine blew,my warrenty covers this,i took the car to my usual shop(which i was forced to pay 24 dollars an hour do to the warrenty only covering 60/hr,but it was worth knowing it was at a good shop)a motor was purchased by the warrenty company and shipped from n.c.,(4 days) my mechanic looked at the engine and told the warrenty company that it was junk,alot of damage and extreamly dirty,the warrenty compant told them to do the install anyway and replace a single part that was obviously damaged rather than the whole thing....the garage advised against it but did what they wanted,now the replacement engine is installed(been 2 weeks now) and the installed engine is also shot,the mechanic contacted the warrenty company and the warrenty company called the motor supply company.....they informed the mechanic to replace a oil pump....,y mechanic said no...im not doing anymore,we replaced the engine with yours,had to spend 20 hours of labor for nothing...the garage will do nothing till they get paid for the work they have done already,and refuse to put another chancey motor that they want to send up,the garage is requesting a "drop in motor".....im here at home...unable to goto work being work is in tampa florida and i need a vehicle down there....i now have lost wages...warrenty is not being helpful...i still have no vehicle....what do i do...do i need to sue the warrenty company...im lost...warrenty says they will not purchase a rebuilt engine because they want to replace it with a used one...but are hard to dind and may take awhile.....what can i do?....thank you....jeff
