Return to work

help I return to work before I should have mostly because the workman com dr. said he could not find any thing and my miltary dr said he could not or would not fight against him .now I missed more work day than I have worked because of back pain. now I don't know how to handle this

Unfortunately, if you can't find a doctor who will disable you from returning to work, you don't have much of a basis to dispute the comp carrier's determination that you are not disabled from working. Perhaps you should consider consulting a local worker's compensation lawyer.
