How to Remove Restraining Order from Background Once Dismissed

My question involves restraining orders in the State of: Florida

I recently was granted a court order dismissing a restraining order that was placed against me.

I want to have this cleared from my background / criminal history record. No arrests were made ever against me and I have a clean record other than this.

I am getting the runaround from FDLE , the issuing police department and know one knows the procedure to have this removed .

FDLE says they need something from the serving police department , but they say they have no idea what they are talking about .

Please help me remove this from my record that was bogus from day one and initiated by my ex-wife earlier on when I told her I wanted a divorce.

You're trying to get this cleared from exactly what record? You're talking about a domestic violence order under Florida Statutes Sec. 741.30?

Most states have no mechanism for expunging protective orders. What statute or other authority have you found for Florida, suggesting that this is even possible?
