Default Can I Sue for My Expenses on a Bad Rebuild

I have a 98 Eclipse and a few months ago my engine started knocking .
I had plans to move to FL for college and have spent 1000's of hours preparing for this trip. Ive spent every penny to my name and cashed in every favor.

I decided since its a nicer car to buy a COMPLETELY REBUILT ENGINE from a business called DSM GRAVEYARD about 187 miles from me in Kalamazoo.

I Payed 1800 for the engine
and 1100 for install from a local certified mechanic.

I also purchased a new turbo for 550.00
and a list of other parts because i wanted to be sure this car was SOLID....
    parts included

    *Oil pump
    *Fuel Pump
    *Starter
    *Alternator
    *Battery
    *Plugs
    *Timming Belt and tensioner

(told my mechanic if it even looked funny i would replace it )
and everthing bought is documented and i have a receipt for .

Then i payed 700 to have my car flatbeded down to Fl
and within 2 days and 300 miles the engine started knocking.

a non bias mechanic in Fl said that it was the fault of who ever built the engine .So i called DsmGraveyard and asked that they just replace the engine and installl it them selfs to avoid paying my mechanic and they refused. There only offer was to replace the block ancd block only.

I was forced to return to michigan with the car and withdraw from school for a semester all because of this .

Do you think i can sue for a full cash refund on my expenses?

Your warranty for the engine says exactly what?

They are offering to replace the block because they believe that will fix the problem? And you are refusing that proposal because of what?

If this is the gist of your question, no, you will not be able to blame the place that supplied the engine for your choice to drop out of college.
