401k Loan After Confirmation
My question involves bankruptcy in the state of: MD
I have surrendered both of my vehicles in the bankruptcy and definitely need a vehicle(4 children). We have funds available in our 401K, can I take a loan out and buy a vehicle? Do I have to ask the court first? We were confirmed last week so I am expecting them to come pick up the van at any moment although I have not heard from them. Thanks!

Yes, you need to talk to your bankruptcy lawyer or the trustee first.
