Exclamation I Gave an Undercover Cop a Beer

My question involves criminal law for the state of:
    California.

Tonight me and my boyfriend (which we both are only 20) went to 7-11 to pick up some cigs for a buddy. there was a girl who looked younger than the legal age to drink. she asked my boyfriend to buy her beer and he told her he was underage also, but his girlfriend(me) could help her out and pointed to our car. she came up to me and i opened my trunk and handed her a beer and she left. he came back from 7-11 and as soon as he got into the car, undercover police officers toldus to put our hands on the dashboard. they took me under hand cuffs and gave me a ticket and i was cited with the code

    25658 (a) bp and
    25662 (a) bp

my boyfriend was also given the same ticket. we will both be going to court on the same day.

    my question(s) are:
what kind of trouble are we looking at?
will we BOTH get our licenses suspended for a year, even though i was the one who gave her the beer?
whats the best thing we should do at this point other than to save up for our tickets?
should HE plead innocent since he was not the one who gave her the beer?
who will be the most in trouble or will we both receive the same penalties?

and IF we do get our licenses suspended, how long does it take to get a restricted license and if is easy to obtain one?

You're looking at criminal misdemeanor charges - you can look up the details here. You're both charged, so you can both be punished if convicted.

I am on F1 visa currently on OPT ( h1 approved this year in April). I got a ticket for having an open container on the road in New york. I was not arrested, fingerprinted or photographed/ the cop gave me a ticket and i paid the fine as specified. The fine was 25$ and I paid it immediately

I will be going for stamping soon, so what do I need to be mentioning in ds156 in response to the question if I was ever convicted ?

Because I paid the fine and plead guilty, will i have to answer "yes" to the question, were you ever convicted of a crime ... etc???

I am really getting worried if this would create a problem during stamping and I would be rejected ?

    Anyone with experience or advice....??

    PLEASE HELP
