How Do You Write a Discovery Form for Washington State

My question involves a speeding ticket from the State of: Washington.

I would like to fight my ticket. i know that the courts are suppossed to send you the discovery if it is requested in writing. Is there a form for this? and who do i send it to? My speeding ticket was in Grant County, WA. My ticket date is the 31st of August, i have 14 days to send the discovery via certified mail. My ticket also states: "Discovery requests must be filed with the court and served on the office of the prosecuting attorney." If i send it to Grant county district court would they also give a copy to the prosecuting attorney? Thanks so much for any help. It is much appreciated! Dustin
