Dating While Going Through Divorce

My question involves divorce in the State of: OHIO

I'm not looking for you to judge me....I want to know what the court will say, if anything.

Have been separated from stbx wife for awhile, officially filed paperwork this week with the court. Are there any LEGAL issues with me dating while going through the divorce proceedings? Would there be any problems if for some reason it came up in court?

Are there children? Are you exposing the children to the new girlfriend? If yes, that could be an issue.

If your case goes before a judge who believes people should not be dating until they are unmarried, it could cause you a huge problem. If it goes in front of a judge who thinks once you are separated that's enough, and people should then do what ever they want, then it won't matter much. Which kind of judge are you going to get? If you can tell me that, I can tell you how much of a problem it will be.
