My question involves expungements or pardons for the state of: Wisconsin
Can anyone help with a sample letter or some advice on what to say in a letter to petition the court for an expungement of a felony? Thanks, Shaun

You need a lawyer. It isn't a matter of writing a letter. There are notice requirements, etc...
