    Default Implicated in Drug Case

Hey guy's, and gals. I have a situation that I need some help with.
    Here's the problem.
I live in Ky, and I have a juvenile relative that lives in OH., who just got busted for selling cocaine, Mushrooms, and MJ, to an undercover cop,(8,000-$10,000 worth all together) who has been watching him, and 2 of his friends for months.(all 3 were arrested) and are being charged with multiple drug charges.
The boy's are telling the cops that I helped them locate some of the drugs. The cops in OH. haven't called me directly, but told another relative in OH. that they want me to call them. I tried calling 3 times, but the detective was unable to talk each time, so I quit calling.
My question is; Is there a possibility, that any charges could be filled against me, just from the 3 juveniles say so; and 2nd, should I continue to try to call the detective.

Please; any information will be greatly appreciated.

Yes, particularly if the police have other evidence corroborating their claims or suggesting your involvement.

If you left three messages and haven't heard back, it's probably time to leave well enough alone. The primary reason the detective wants to speak with you, in all likelihood, is to try to get you to implicate yourself (or, at least, to get more evidence implicating the defendants).

Thanks for the info. All the detective has to go on is the say so of the 3 juveniles. What kind of charges could possibly be filled?
And how hard would it be to beat the charges.

    Again thanks for the info.

They could pursue any charge supported by the evidence, whatever that evidence happens to be.

The evidence happens to be one of the juveniles (relative) saying that I made it possible for him to get drugs. And the other 2 juveniles were told by juvenile 1 that he got them from me.

    Thanks

Your in the clear if thats it, and you dont get caught admitting it (if of coarse it's true).

The only thing they can do at this point is to have them make a controlled buy from you.

If they could do anything over that a person could blame their enemy whenever caught with drugs/guns/kiddy porn/insert illegal thing here.

Do not call, you have nothing to gain. There is no benefit.
