Default Answer Filed in Florida
I filed my answer to the law suit (Capital One).Now does the court schedule a hearing automatically or does Capital One have to request one?

Typically the court schedules a hearing once all pleadings are submitted. If you wish, you can contact the court to check the status of the case.
