My question involves a traffic ticket from the state of: FL
I Plan on fighting this, as I was in the turning lane to make a left hand turn. It seems physically impossible to not "start from stop with reasonable safety" when you have a green turn arrow and are making a 90° turn.
Officer said "I'm not going to get you for reckless driving or speeding, so I'm letting you off easy". If I ever did go over the speed limit it wasn't by much.
Does this sound like it will hold up in court? If so (when)should I file for discovery?
