Unhappy Student Loan in Collection
My question involves collection proceedings in the State of: kansas
hello, my sally Mae student loan now is in collection, Im trying to pay but the interest in 27% so impossible to catch up...is it anything I can do? if I had the money I would have pay it already. Thanks so much.

You can attempt to negotiate a more manageable payment plan with the collection agency.

Be advised, they aren't obligated to do this, but many will if you keep in contact with them.
