Default My Ex-Husband Opened Up My Personal Mail

My question involves criminal law for the state of: california
My exhusband tried to get aid from social services. About 2 weeks later, a letter addressed to me from social services arrived at his house, (my mail has never been delivered there before) It contained a private pin number to access child support information, (i had no idea i was getting a pin), he said he opened it, called the number and used the pin to access the information. He brought me the opened letter, paper clipped. He opened it intentionally to find out information. What can i do???

You could remind him it is illegal to open another person's mail.
