Pregnancy Discrimination

Hi, I'm about 10 weeks pregnant and I work at a fast food restaurant in my local town. Yesterday I worked from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM with no break. Now someone who came in after I did got a break and so did everyone else. Bear in mind that all of these people worked the same amount of hours that I did. What can I do to either prove that this was discrimination or how can I get my breaks?
