Default Judgement on Closed Account
My question involves collection proceedings in the State of: Oklahoma and Georgia.

In 2003 I was living in Oklahoma and became unemployed and couldn't make payments on a credit card. In 2008 I got a letter from a Law firm in Atlanta,Ga(I live in GA at this time). It states to show up in court or sign this paper and start making payments. I agreed to make a monthly payment of $250.00. The original debt was $4,900. Now I must ay this law firm $15,700. I have been making payments for 13 months now and the debt disapperaed off my credit report. I want to know can I take them to court and get the amount reduced. I am paying back TRIPLE the original debt???

It is called interest and attorney's fees ~ you have the pleasure of paying for them to find you and use you. It will be a cold day in haedes for you to be successful in getting a reduction. You are on the hook for this one. If they don't have a judgement already, (unclear from your post) you have reset the SOL.
