Florida Wage Garnishment

My question involves judgment recovery in the State of: Florida

If a judgemant is made against a unmarried couple, can their wages and unemployment benefits be garnished?
Not sure how "head of household" applies here.

How would I go about garnishing the salary and Unemployment benefits? They don't have any children.

Once you have a judgment, you can petition the court that issued the judgment for an order of garnishment. They may have a standard form you can use. It's unlikely that you're going to be able to garnish unemployment benefits, as the amount is likely too low. If a debtor responds to a petition for garnishment by claiming to be head of a household, the judge will evaluate and rule on that defense.
