Suspended Imposition of Sentence - Assault and Battery

My question involves criminal law for the state of: VA

In 2007 I was placed on a suspended imposition of sentence for assault and battery. I plead no lo contendre. Since then I've had 2 traffic infractions: failure to update registration and license and an improper driving charge. My question is do I have to appear in court for these charges? Do I risk being thrown in jail over these charges? The piece of paper I received after I gave my plea said no criminal offenses including any jailable traffic offenses. I assume those aren't jailable traffic offenses.

If I need to appear in court will my lawyer contact me, will the court contact, or do I just show up on my own. My question is do I need to appear in court for these charges.

If you need to appear in court for what? Normally if your ticket requires a court appearance it will say that right on the ticket.

I can't read the ticket from where I'm sitting and I don't know the terms of your probation, so given that you have a lawyer I suggest you pick up the phone and call your lawyer.
