Obtaining a Copy of an Umbrella Insurance Policy

the at fault drivers Insurance Co have supplied details of the Car Insurance policy and BIL limits but have not supplied details of the Umbrella policy other than its number

Can i demand details

If you are in litigation, you should be able to get a copy of the policy through the discovery process.

Here we go again ......great USA system ........lawyers wont represent overseas clients and wont represent because the BIL limits are too low

Justice for the injured does not exist in the USA ......no wonder so much of the world hates Americans
