Error on the Citation

My question involves a speeding ticket from the State of: California

I was pulled over on I-5 and given a citation stating that I was going 95. Thing is, my vehicle can't go that fast because it has a speed governor on it.

My court appearance is on August 8. What steps should I take? Should I file for dismissal?

How fast are you going to claim your car was going?

Can you present to the court some proof that this speed governor exists on your car and that it was functioning properly at the time of the stop?
